Your data is processed strictly for legitimate platform operations: • Verifying corporate credentials and vetting buyer and supplier identities through KYC workflows. • Matching buyer purchase requirements with verified suppliers having relevant manufacturing and sourcing capabilities. • Enabling real-time communication, quotation negotiations, and requirement tracking. • Preventing fraud, commercial impersonation, and unauthorized access to procurement discussions. • Complying with statutory reporting requirements under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, Information Technology Act, and applicable trade regulations.

Information is disclosed only under specific workflows: • With Counterparties: When a buyer posts a requirement, relevant business details (company profile, location, specifications) are presented to matching suppliers to generate quotes. • Service Providers: Trusted cloud hosting, SMS/OTP gateways, and email verification vendors under strict data protection agreements. • Legal Obligations: If required by court orders, statutory law enforcement, or regulatory directives.

All data transmitted to and from MyProc360 is encrypted using TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest.
