How does MyProc360 differ from traditional B2B directories?
MyProc360 is a verified procurement network rather than an open ad directory. All suppliers are authenticated with statutory tax records, and buyers post verified requirement parameters directly to vetted manufacturers.
Who can register as a Buyer?
Any commercial organization, procurement manager, purchase engineer, or business owner sourcing industrial parts, raw materials, packaging, or manufacturing services.
Is there any cost to create a Buyer profile?
Creating a Buyer profile and posting procurement requirements is completely free. We do not charge buyers registration fees to connect with suppliers.
Requirements & RFQs
How do I post a procurement requirement?
Once logged into your Buyer Workspace, click 'Post a requirement' from the navigation rail. Specify item name, product category, required quantity, target delivery date, and attach drawings or specs.
Who can see my posted requirements?
Your requirements are visible to verified suppliers in your matching category. Suppliers can review specs and submit detailed quotations or reach out via direct chat.
Can I edit or close a requirement once posted?
Yes. In your Requirements dashboard, you can edit specifications, pause inquiries, or mark requirements as fulfilled at any time.
Verification & Security
Why do I need to provide GST or PAN numbers?
Statutory verification protects both sides of the transaction from fraud, ensuring that every counterparty you engage with is a legally registered corporate entity.
How long does account verification take?
Our compliance team processes verification documents within 24 to 48 business hours. You can continue using your workspace and drafting requirements immediately while verification is underway.
